While I’m a Certified Hypnotist and Hypnotherapist, more importantly, I am a now-retired internationally touring comedian of 18 years. I have created a unique blend of hypnosis and comedy, which results in a brilliant merger of laughter, self-realization, and PERMANENT personal change. I used these very same processes to help myself get over shit, and now I’m using these same techniques to help people just like you get over your shit.

Perfect timing to have been enlightened by Wings Hypnosis. Traci is absolutely magical. She allowed me to voice personal issues which I have not been able to share with others. She helped me see that some of the roles I have been made to play are not necessarily in my nature. Instead of running away from those roles, she has helped me to better handle the difficulties which come with them. Since the "Come Alive and Thrive" total trance-formation session I have been regularly using the tools she gave me and have been stronger than ever when in the business mode. In other modes, I am finding ways to release which brings much more relief and reduced tension. I feel myself, my true me, being restored. Most days and some nights I go through the trance session in my head and continue to clear out more troubles.
The one thing I have not figured out is why ever since my session, I have had the Wizard of Oz songs playing in my head as I traverse through work days. Got caught a couple times humming "If I only had a brain." when dealing with a co-worker. I claimed happy song but could not help but laugh at the irony of the moment. I am finding references to the Wizard of Oz everywhere.

So I had my third hypnotherapy session with Traci Kanaan on Friday. And I will say hypnotherapy is strange because it takes a few days to "sink in" but man am I so much happier and able to handle life better. Things that used to cripple me with fear no longer do. People that used to haunt me and take up massive amounts of space in my brain no longer matter to me. Like I just woke up after years of struggling and thought "why do I still care about this?"
Do I understand the science behind it? Absolutely not. I'm not here to blow smoke up anyone's rear end. But I will say as someone who had 2-3 panic attacks a day, it's nice now going on several days without panic and crippling anxiety. It's nice being able to be in the moment and not constantly looking over my shoulder for people and traumas who aren't even there anymore.
Side note: I unclenched my jaw for the first time in years and where is my tongue supposed to sit? It feels weird.
